Ticketing

The CFSB Center provides a professional box office service, complete with a Ticketmaster system, for all ticketed events. This system provides ticket printing and distribution, box office service and convenient outlet sales locations, as well as mail order service and 24-hour phone service.

Event Days: One hour prior to tip off/curtain, unless otherwise specified.

WILL CALL is available on event days beginning one hour prior to tip off/curtain at the Main Box Office. Please bring a picture ID and the credit card in which the tickets were purchased on with you.

GENERAL RULES

Alcohol is NOT permitted in the CFSB Center.
Smoking is NOT permitted on the campus of Murray State.
Cameras are typically permitted in the CFSB Center.
Video Cameras are typically NOT permitted in the CFSB Center.

CHILDREN RULES

Children 2 and under are free for Murray State University Basketball Games.
For concerts, all ages typically need a ticket.

Parking

CFSB Center has 4 main parking lots situated around the facility. These parking lots have a total of 418 parking spaces, including 16 ADA parking spaces. For larger events, such as Murray State basketball games and large concerts, visitors also have access to the parking lot at Roy Stewart Stadium. The stadium lot is only a short walk from the arena, and we offer a shuttle for some events.
